It is believed to heighten intuitive perception, support emotional healing, and help women connect with the natural rhythms of their bodies and the lunar cycle. Practitioners use it to support new beginnings, to encourage a receptive, open-hearted approach to life, and to help manage emotional reactivity with grace. Moonstone is strongly associated with love, fertility, and divine feminine power. It is also considered a protective talisman for travelers — especially those traveling by night or over water.
