General Information: Orca Agate (also known as Orca Stone) is a trade name for a banded black, white, and gray chalcedony or agate from Madagascar, whose stark contrasting bands evoke the markings of an orca whale. The stone may also feature a druzy (tiny crystalline) surface layer on portions of the specimen.
