Green Agate

General Information: Green Agate is a green-toned variety of chalcedony (banded microcrystalline quartz) that may display uniform green coloration or subtle banding. Much commercial Green Agate is dyed or color-enhanced; naturally green agates also exist, colored by iron or other trace minerals.
