Garnet

General Information: Garnet is a group of silicate minerals occurring in a wide range of colors — deep red (almandine and pyrope) being the most common — though green (tsavorite, demantoid), orange (spessartite), and other varieties exist. It is found in metamorphic and igneous rocks worldwide.
